The pion vector form factor $F_\\pi$, acquired from a {\\it BABAR} Collaboration analysis of $e^+ e^- \\to \\pi^+ \\pi^-(\\gamma)$ data, is involved in the two-pion distribution amplitudes $\\Phi^{I=1}_{\\pi\\pi}$.
