In this work, we investigate unconventional superconductivity in a three-dimensional Hofstadter butterfly system. While it is generally difficult to achieve the Hofstadter regime, we show that the quasi-two-dimensional materials with a tilted magnetic field produce the large-scale superlattices, which generate the Hofstadter butterfly even at the moderate magnetic field strength. We first show that the van-Hove singularities of the butterfly flat ba","authors_text":"Moon Jip Park, SungBin Lee, Yong Baek Kim","cross_cats":["cond-mat.str-el"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.supr-con","submitted_at":"2020-07-31T17:57:56Z","title":"Geometric Superconductivity in 3D Hofstadter Butterfly"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2007.16205","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:a885e1633e54d0c428c2d7177f030d7a274db729ce2df3ab6ea213d90f618faa","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T01:23:50Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"2fcfd11066ccd6771215d3139232517f7676c81bdbf14517fc91753fe43be1ec","cross_cats_sorted":["cond-mat.str-el"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"cond-mat.supr-con","submitted_at":"2020-07-31T17:57:56Z","title_canon_sha256":"361811ecdf0b77ba32c9899301d5f023f0b557a978773336826f777395efd2e2"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2007.16205","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"3c3f750f55f824f20363410ba8e4a4ae730d6d3bc9586247c315fe4da5541f26","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"3c3f750f55f824f20363410ba8e4a4ae730d6d3bc9586247c315fe4da5541f26","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T01:23:50.851556Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T01:23:50.851556Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"2Bp+UYi3HD7mI01ILgVz2h/u94S3iWKJKgtf3Sw7PAWx1Qn70n/KEsBK0RaUBQ+SmO8EtKh5YeOuG4Q4nKz9CQ==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T01:23:50.853264Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2007.16205","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:a885e1633e54d0c428c2d7177f030d7a274db729ce2df3ab6ea213d90f618faa","sha256:f11d8b724d931e04ae24aa17ae7c19ea6229a1221bb84449339c510df69a7996"],"state_sha256":"0054ccbd12c0fc496829282872dc74df3e03238335f539ff59c912cb43b06133"}
