We associate any set $\\mathcal{R}$ of Horn rules with the unique maximal antimatroid $\\mathcal{A}(\\mathcal{R})$ that is contained in the union-closed family $\\mathcal{K}(\\mathcal{R})$ naturally determined by ${\\cal R}$.
