For the insulating Rb$_{y}$Fe$_{1.6+x}$Se$_2$, neutron polarization analysis and single crystal neutron diffraction unambiguously confirm the earlier proposed $\\sqrt{5}\\times\\sqrt{5}$ block antiferromagnetic structure.
