The uniqueness of our model is that this excess is being produced by photon-photon induced sub-process. The model includes an isospin $3/2$ scalar multiplet (having triply, doubly and singly charged scalars) at the electroweak (EW) scale to explain the observed neutrino masses via the effective dimension $7$ operator. The model also include a singlet scalar which is the di-photon resonance.
