Our results of branching ratios of B_{s}^{0}(\\bar{B}_{s}^{0})-->D_{s}^{\\pm} K^{\\mp} and B^{0}(\\bar{B}^{0})--> D^{\\pm} \\pi^{\\mp} and the CP asymmetry of B^{0}(\\bar{B}^{0})--> D^{\\pm} \\pi^{\\mp} agree well with the experimental data.
