We calculate the dilepton production rate in the presence of a time-dependent magnetic field typically found in heavy-ion collisions. We compute the thermal dilepton spectra from Au+Au collisions at $\\sqrt s$ = 19.6 GeV BES energy -- using a realistic (3+1)-dimensional multistage hydrodynamic simulation.
