We develop a procedure that jointly regularizes expectations and variance-covariance matrices using a pair of shrinkage priors. Our methodology applies directly to vector autoregressions (VAR) and seemingly unrelated regressions (SUR). The regularization path provides a prior sensitivity diagnostic.
