We construct the Green function in $\\Omega$ under the condition $(\\bf{A1})$ that weak solutions of the system enjoy interior H\\\"older continuity. We also prove that $(\\bf{A1})$ holds, for example, when the coefficients are $\\mathrm{VMO}$.
