We show that as $ |E| \\to \\infty $, NV behaves, as expected, similarly to its formal limit, the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation. However at intermediate regimes, i.e. when $ | E | $ is not very large, more varied scenarios are possible, in particular, blow-ups are observed.
