(1) The full one-loop corrections to the Higgs boson decays into charginos are presented, with emphasis on the renormalization of the chargino sector, including of their mixing matrices. (2) The two-loop O(alpha_s tan beta) corrections to the b -> s gamma decay in models with large tan beta, mainly those to the charged Higgs boson contributions, are discussed.
