Here we present two independent tests for this assumption. We subject COMPASS data on semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering on the $\\langle\\cos\\phi_h\\rangle$, $\\langle\\cos 2\\phi_h\\rangle$ and Sivers asymmetries to these tests.
