Lattice structural characterizations by X-ray diffraction, scanning tunneling microscopy, and Raman spectroscopy confirmed the high quality of the as-grown single crystals. The topological surface states in the electronic band structure were directly re- vealed by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy.
