The method reproduces succesfully the $\\Lambda (1405)$ resonance and the $K^- p \\to K^- p, \\bar{K}^0 n, \\pi^0 \\Lambda, \\pi^0 \\Sigma, \\pi^+ \\Sigma^-, \\pi^- \\Sigma^+$ cross sections at low energies.
