The heterostructure ITO/La0.62Ca0.29K0.09MnO3(LCKMO)/ZnO/Al exhibits reproducible rectifying characteristics and consists of four parts: aluminum top electrode, ITO bottom electrode, manganite and ZnO semiconductor films.
