In view of the Raynaud parametrisation, this translates into a purely algebraic problem concerning the number of $H$-invariant points on a quotient of $C_n$-lattices $\\Lambda/e\\Lambda'$ for varying subgroups $H$ of $C_n$ and integers $e$.
