A shift in the $W$ mass as reported by the CDF II collaboration can naturally be accommodated by the model without modifying the Standard Model value for the $Z$ mass. We discuss the main implications and the properties of the new Higgs bosons. Namely, the partial decay widths of the new charged Higgs are predicted.
