Despite the large repulsive polariton-polariton interaction, pulsed mode-locked polariton laser was never reported. Here, we use a $60 \\ \\mu m-$long GaN-based waveguide surrounded by distributed Bragg reflectors forming a multi-mode horizontal cavity.
