At $\\mathrm{N}^{3}\\mathrm{LO}$ the two-body $P$-wave contact interactions are found to be important contributions to the neutron vector analyzing power, $A_{y}(\\theta)$, and the deuteron vector analyzing power, $iT_{11}(\\theta)$.
