The system is considered as an alternative of a double quantum well in a GaAs haterostructure. We determine a range of parameters (interlayer distance, dielectric constant, magnetic field and gate voltage) where magnetoexciton superfluidity can be achieved. Temperature of superfluid transition is computed.
