We include viscous heating, shock heating, and radiative cooling, and simulate the transition from the \"pre-decoupling\" epoch, where the inspiral timescale is longer than the viscous timescale, to the \"post-decoupling\" epoch, where the inspiral timescale is shorter than the viscous timescale.
