We discovered on the newly acquired NIR spectrum a highly meta-stable neutral helium broad absorption line (BAL) \\heiozetz\\ with a width of $\\sim$ 2000 \\kmps\\ and a blueshift of $\\sim$ 7000 \\kmps\\ in the velocity space.
