In this work, we discover colossal orbital Zeeman effect of topological origin in a newly synthesized bilayer kagome metal TbV6Sn6. We use spectroscopic-imaging scanning tunneling microscopy to study the magnetic field induced renormalization of the electronic band structure. The nonmagnetic vanadium d-orbitals form Dirac crossings at the K point with a small mass gap and strong Berry curvature induced by the spin-orbit coupling.
