Our calculation shows that the inclusive width of these processes, i.e., the sum of $\\Gamma(h\\to\\gamma\\nu_l\\bar\\nu_l)$ for ${\\nu_l=\\nu_e,\\nu_\\mu,\\nu_\\tau}$, is $1.41$ keV, which is about $15\\%$ of $\\Gamma(h\\to\\gamma\\gamma)$.
