Through the non-perturbative fixed phase diffusion Monte Carlo method, we determine the phase diagram of the Wigner crystal in the $\\nu-\\kappa$ plane, where $\\nu$ is the filling factor and $\\kappa$ is the strength of Landau level mixing.
