In the crossover regime between fully-resolved and unresolved comb teeth ($\\tau \\lessapprox T_\\mathrm{r}$), we observe Doppler cooling of a pre-cooled trapped atomic ion by a single tooth of a frequency-doubled optical frequency comb.
