Using elastic neutron scattering, magnetization, and specific heat measurements, the two distinct spin chains are inferred to have N\\'eel ($\\uparrow\\downarrow\\uparrow\\downarrow$) and double-N\\'eel ($\\uparrow\\uparrow\\downarrow\\downarrow$) ground states respectively.
