Magnetostrictive elements (Ni and CoFeB) were deposited in the proximity of the interdigitated transducers (IDTs) of the resonators (A-type structures) and also over the IDTs, after covering them with a BCB layer to avoid short circuits with IDTs metal (B-type structures).
