Structural characterization via X-ray diffraction confirms preferential orientation along the (000l) direction, indicative of a high crystallographic texture. These films of van der Waals (vdW) type interplanar bonding exhibit robust ferromagnetism with a Curie temperature reaching ~ 498 K.
