In this paper, we consider the measurement matrix which consists of the spatially-coupled \\emph{orthogonal} matrices. One example of such matrices are the randomly selected discrete Fourier transform (DFT) matrices. Such selection enjoys a less memory complexity and a faster multiplication procedure.
