Computing the dual fermion two-point correlator, we show that these bulk interactions anisotropically gap Fermi surfaces of the boundary spectrum. Consequently, the interactions we devise provide holographic models for Fermi arcs seen ubiquitously in the pseudogap regime of the cuprates.
