We analyze whether the parameter space preferred by all the $b\\to s\\ell\\bar\\ell$ anomalies is compatible with a heavy $Z'$ boson assumed to have nonuniversal couplings to SM fermions dictated by the principle of minimal flavor violation (MFV).
