We show that the magnon has both the dynamical magnetic moment $\\Delta M^\\omega$ and the electric moment $\\Delta P^\\omega$ ($\\perp \\Delta M^\\omega$), i.e., a dynamical toroidal moment, under external magnetic fields, and thus it is named the {\\em toroidalmagnon}.
