We have studied several properties of an intra-regular {\\Gamma}-AG^{**}-groupoids in terms of fuzzy {\\Gamma}-left (right, two-sided, quasi, interior, generalized bi-, bi-) ideals. We have proved that all fuzzy {\\Gamma}-ideals coincide in intra-regular {\\Gamma}-AG^{**}-groupoids.
