In this paper we use the planar Circular Restricted Three-Body Problem (CRTBP) as a dynamical model and we show that there exists a family of stable periodic orbits that are surrounded by islands of quasi-periodic motions. We have computed the frequencies of these quasi-periodic motions and we have shown how the Hilda family fits inside these islands. We have compared these results with the ones obtained using the Elliptic Restricted Three-Body Problem and they are similar, showing the suitabili","authors_text":"\\`Angel Jorba, Bego\\~na Nicol\\'as, \\'Oscar Rodr\\'iguez","cross_cats":["math-ph","math.MP"],"headline":"","license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/","primary_cat":"math.DS","submitted_at":"2024-12-10T17:43:09Z","title":"A dynamical study of Hilda asteroids in the Circular and Elliptic RTBP"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"2412.07700","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:23c2659b42792622d2b1304a72cc36ca962d43abc453b3a749ca40db47aebb3a","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T09:47:14Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"0940dddc89b2531541823c033c16ee2d1a89204a3941fd42c7bbf660896ae45c","cross_cats_sorted":["math-ph","math.MP"],"license":"http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/","primary_cat":"math.DS","submitted_at":"2024-12-10T17:43:09Z","title_canon_sha256":"b0527b8467ed95cc5256628b94554f772f7f19476fed636fcb2c09f69709d27c"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"2412.07700","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"70b9a25c3c8c7e0629a67662b8e90daf1818162e1673de8ebf4f27e5acc4688f","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"70b9a25c3c8c7e0629a67662b8e90daf1818162e1673de8ebf4f27e5acc4688f","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T09:47:14.116995Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T09:47:14.116995Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"0VsFGV07Jf2QT5h5Cn1e9jmNlqfPKTY/jqHGlNrRgQry8vjapwzKisTE59V3WiT6yjAVKMyW+4Cc6qFZqyhQBA==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T09:47:14.117478Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"2412.07700","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:23c2659b42792622d2b1304a72cc36ca962d43abc453b3a749ca40db47aebb3a","sha256:5a5e1777d489ab6a88cedafecfa000e35c0ce6c12d0628b7bc2f69e472113734"],"state_sha256":"63e5b30f72f82b65a219205bfd957746fe082e6c1539f6db47e17ac8b8687429"}
