The restriction to any hypersurface of these parallel or Killing spinors allows to characterize isometric immersions of surfaces into $E(\\kappa, \\tau)$. As application, we get an elementary proof of a Lawson type correspondence for constant mean curvature surfaces in $E(\\kappa, \\tau)$.
