As applications, we give some Kahler classes on $\\mathbb{C}\\mathbb{P}^2\\#3\\overline {\\mathbb{C}\\mathbb{P}^2}$ and $\\mathbb{C}\\mathbb{P}^2\\#8\\overline {\\mathbb{C}\\mathbb{P}^2}$ in which the K-energy is proper.
