Spectroscopic and asteroseismic analyses suggest that HD 112570 has a mass of $1.15\\pm0.12\\,M_{\\odot}$, a radius of $9.85\\pm0.23\\,R_{\\odot}$, a metallicity [Fe/H] of $-0.46\\pm0.1$ and a ${\\rm log}\\,g$ of $2.47\\pm0.1$.
