Our main results are that this susceptibility obeys scaling form and diverges in the thermodynamic limit as $\\chi_p \\propto |\\phi - \\phi_c^\\infty|^{-\\gamma_p}$ where $\\phi_c^\\infty$ is the jamming threshold in the absence of pins.
