We study the significance of the signal process, $e^+e^- \\to Z^\\ast \\to Z h^0 \\to Z \\tau^\\pm \\mu^\\mp$, against the backgrounds such as $e^{+}e^{-} \\to Z \\tau^{+}\\tau^{-} \\to Z \\tau^{\\pm}\\mu^{\\mp}+$ missings.
