For example, $\\Gamma(\\tau^-\\rarrow \\pi^-+\\pi^0+\\nu) \\ne \\Gamma(\\tau^+\\rarrow \\pi^++\\pi^0+\\nu)$ signifies violation of CP. The optimum energy to investigatge CP violation in $\\tau$ decay is discussed.
