The Calder\\'on's problem is to decide whether the conductivity is indeed uniquely determined by the data at the boundary. In $\\mathbb{R}^d$, for $d=5,6$, we show that uniqueness holds when the conductivity is in $W^{1+\\frac{d-5}{2p}+, p}(\\Omega)$, for $d\\le p <\\infty$. This improves on recent results of Haberman, and of Ham, Kwon and Lee. The main novelty of the proof is an extension of Tao's bilinear Theorem.","authors_text":"Felipe Ponce-Vanegas (Basque Center for Applied Mathematics)","cross_cats":["math.CA"],"headline":"","license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"math.AP","submitted_at":"2019-08-12T08:27:40Z","title":"The Bilinear Strategy for Calder\\'on's Problem"},"references":{"count":0,"internal_anchors":0,"resolved_work":0,"sample":[],"snapshot_sha256":"258153158e38e3291e3d48162225fcdb2d5a3ed65a07baac614ab91432fd4f57"},"source":{"id":"1908.04050","kind":"arxiv","version":1},"verdict":{"created_at":null,"id":null,"model_set":{},"one_line_summary":"","pipeline_version":null,"pith_extraction_headline":"","strongest_claim":"","weakest_assumption":""}},"verdict_id":null}}],"author_attestations":[],"timestamp_anchors":[],"storage_attestations":[],"citation_signatures":[],"replication_records":[],"corrections":[],"mirror_hints":[],"record_created":{"event_id":"sha256:88f80707483de480cfe11878225de6861c8c2b2d9233025b11cdb8eed7b2bb76","target":"record","created_at":"2026-07-05T03:15:26Z","signer":{"key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","signer_id":"pith.science","signer_type":"pith_registry"},"payload":{"attestation_state":"computed","canonical_record":{"metadata":{"abstract_canon_sha256":"ef0e1961be012c76faf7e7bffe91b10f188392374b802754f20f73b6ed095748","cross_cats_sorted":["math.CA"],"license":"http://arxiv.org/licenses/nonexclusive-distrib/1.0/","primary_cat":"math.AP","submitted_at":"2019-08-12T08:27:40Z","title_canon_sha256":"a09b1e3075a18579f016c78f0e4600b9163793cb99137d0c2abe700d6ad47199"},"schema_version":"1.0","source":{"id":"1908.04050","kind":"arxiv","version":1}},"canonical_sha256":"7da5f5280405fda8686dc434803ae8a1012be0123cfee048a0c17f45da95baa0","receipt":{"algorithm":"ed25519","builder_version":"pith-number-builder-2026-05-17-v1","canonical_sha256":"7da5f5280405fda8686dc434803ae8a1012be0123cfee048a0c17f45da95baa0","first_computed_at":"2026-07-05T03:15:26.420670Z","key_id":"pith-v1-2026-05","kind":"pith_receipt","last_reissued_at":"2026-07-05T03:15:26.420670Z","public_key_fingerprint":"8d4b5ee74e4693bcd1df2446408b0d54","receipt_version":"0.3","signature_b64":"bDg44jaCCICawqqk9RzFQ1RDMfQQplOJXdEUCz26WFbUtYHGXj8apEvKPo5WIVzequFNtpYhtEoiddcs2YcdCw==","signature_status":"signed_v1","signed_at":"2026-07-05T03:15:26.421027Z","signed_message":"canonical_sha256_bytes"},"source_id":"1908.04050","source_kind":"arxiv","source_version":1}}},"equivocations":[],"invalid_events":[],"applied_event_ids":["sha256:88f80707483de480cfe11878225de6861c8c2b2d9233025b11cdb8eed7b2bb76","sha256:9710d8dab2a0cd35b4ce396df2684a4c6a638158d358811375e6bb5a3c7c7362"],"state_sha256":"72f7a2c6ec612c9718bf13f6696b396cd51c3b8c72778a538591d697f10d0f59"}
