In this Letter we study ferromagnetic exchange coupling through amorphous paramagnetic Fe-Ta alloys. We show that the exchange coupling depends exponentially on spacer thickness and scales with the Fe-Ta susceptibility, which can be tuned via the alloy composition and/or temperature.
