We obtain 1.5% constraints on the matter density fluctuations at late times parametrised by the best constrained parameter combination $S_8^{\\rm 3x2pt}\\equiv\\sigma_8 (\\Omega_m/0.3)^{0.4}=0.815\\pm0.012$.
