The dual geometry has an intrinsically flat timelike boundary segment $\\Sigma_c$ whose extrinsic curvature is given by the stress tensor of the Navier-Stokes fluid. We consider a \"near-horizon\" limit in which $\\Sigma_c$ becomes highly accelerated.
