In this scheme, we construct the formulism of $^3P_0$ model under the spectator assumption, and then the heavy diquark symmetry is preserved automatically. Our results show that some of the $\\lambda$-mode $\\Xi_{bb}(1P)$ and $\\Omega_{bb}(1P)$ states are narrow, which have good potentials to be observed by future experiments.
