The sterile neutrino's mass is around the electroweak scale $50 \\text{ GeV} \\leq m_N \\leq 200 \\text{ GeV}$, and the acquired thermal averaged effective width $\\bar{\\Gamma}_{\\text{tot}}$ is continuous around the cross-over.
