In particular, we show that for a closed surface $\\Sigma$, $Z_{TV, \\mathcal{C}}(\\Sigma) \\cong Z_{RT, Z(\\C)}(\\Sigma)$, thus extending the equality of 3-manifold invariants proved in an earlier paper to an equivalence of TQFTs.
