A bipartite state $\\rho_{AB}$ is symmetric extendible if there exits a tripartite state $\\rho_{ABB'}$, such that the $AB$ marginal state is identical to the $AB'$ marginal state, i.e. $\\rho_{AB'}=\\rho_{AB}$.
