Considering the effects of $Z'$-mediated flavour-changing neutral currents (FCNCs) we analyse the differential decay rate, forward-backward asymmetries and lepton polarisation asymmetries for the ${\\Lambda}_b\\rightarrow{\\Lambda}l^+ l^-$ decays.
